WINNIPEG – MTS rolled out TV call display to its Ultimate TV customers in Winnipeg, Brandon and Portage la Prairie on Monday.
The new service allows customers to see the name and number of all incoming calls, view recent calls, personalize their display settings, and access the last call received, all on their television screen.
"MTS Ultimate TV, what we think is the best television viewing experience in Manitoba, is one of our fastest growing services," said president Kelvin Shepherd, in the announcement. "The service already features several innovations, such as Whole Home PVR, that competitors in Manitoba cannot match. With the launch of TV Call Display, we are adding even more value for our customers to a service that is already very strong. Not only do they get an innovative product, but they get to enjoy it from the comfort of their couch."
Ultimate TV customers who already subscribe to call display on their MTS Home Phone will automatically receive this new service free of charge.
