MTS closer to wrapping up Allstream sale

WINNIPEG - MTS is moving closer to finalizing the sale of its Allstream division to Colorado-based communications infrastructure service provider Zayo Group Holdings Inc.In a short statement Monday, MTS said that the parties are “now moving to close the transaction expeditiously” after satisfying certain conditions (not specified) to closing as set out in the agreement announced last November.
