WINNIPEG – Another small western cable company has been sold, but the buyer is different this time. MTS Allstream today announced that it has purchased the 3,700-customer Valley Cable Vision. VCV provides cable TV service to 13 communities in south central Manitoba, including Morden and Winkler, and also provides high-speed Internet service to Morden, Winkler and Altona.
