MTS Allstream heads consortium providing Newfoundland government with IT services

ST. JOHN’S – MTS Allstream Inc. heads a group that has signed a multi-million dollar, three-year deal to provide the Newfoundland and Labrador government with Information Technology (IT) and Information Management (IM) services.
