MTS Allstream and Yellow Pages group complete directory transaction

MONTREAL – MTS Allstream and the Yellow Pages Group have completed their directory business transaction first announced on Aug. 14. The Yellow Pages Group, through the Yellow Pages Income Fund, will publish 11 residential and Yellow Pages directories previously published by MTS Allstream across Manitoba. It will also operate the www.mtsyellowpages.com directory advertising portal. The arrangement will be governed by a long-term publication agreement. The Yello Pages Group will now be publishing over 340 directories with a total circulation of 30 million copies, and is the number one directory publisher in Canada’s 10 largest markets.
