Moving towards multilingual Internet

GENEVA - The International Telecommunication Union, UNESCO and ICANN said this week they will collaborate on global efforts to forge universal standards towards building a multilingual cyberspace, because as anyone who doesn’t speak English can attest, the Internet can be frustrating.
