MARKHAM, Ont. – FCI Broadband, which provides voice and high-speed Internet services to businesses and homes across the Greater Toronto Area, today announced the launch of its voice over Internet protocol service – iTalk Digital Phone.

iTalk is available to homes or businesses throughout Ontario with high-speed Internet access.

"iTalk Digital Phone Service will offer an abundance of savings to our customers and with XL Calling Canada, customers can now call many major cities as a local call," said Nick Melatti, president and CEO of FCI Broadband. "A customer can call Vancouver without having to dial 1. They just dial the 10-digit telephone number."

iTalk starts at $21.95 a month for residential customers and $31.95 a month for business customers, and includes all standard phone features.

Based in Markham, Ontario, FCI Broadband is a facilities-based, broadband services company and CLEC that provides business and residential telecommunications solutions including local and long distance telephone, high speed Internet, VoIP and data center services across the Greater Toronto Area.
