More time to comment on CRTC proposal that TSPs block blatantly illegitimate phone numbers

OTTAWA – The CRTC has extended the deadline for comments on a proposal that would require all Canadian telecommunications service providers to implement technology to block calls with blatantly illegitimate caller identification.The Commission initially called for comments on this matter last November.
