Mobilicity urges Canadians to 'get smart'

VANCOUVER and OTTAWA - Mobilicity is marking its one-year anniversary with a nod to the classic jelly-beans-in-the-jar guessing game with a contest that kicked off Thursday in Vancouver and Ottawa.
