Mobilicity transferring customers to Wind… or, y’know, not


TORONTO – Verizon or no, the Canadian telecom rumours continue to circulate hot and heavy. Wednesday, the Financial Post, citing unnamed sources, reported Mobilicity was in advanced talks to transfer its subscribers (the story says there are about 200,000, but Cartt.ca sources have told us that number is too generous) over to Wind Mobile for little to no compensation – and that Mobilicity would shut down at the end of September.
