Mobilicity debtholder vote is shelved with news of possible buyer

TORONTO – Mobilicity announced today it has suspended its debtholder vote on its recapitalization plan as it is now in talks with “multiple parties” about a possible acquisition plan. “We are working diligently to reach an acquisition agreement and thank our customers, dealers, employees and partners for their continued support as we see this process through to its completion,” Mobilicity president and COO Stewart Lyons said in a press release.
