Michael Smith named SVP TV sales at BBC Worldwide Canada

TORONTO –? BBC Worldwide Canada has appointed Michael Smith as senior vice-president of TV sales, co-productions and digital distribution. Smith will be responsible for developing and delivering a five-year growth plan for the Canadian market including building relationships with existing network and premium cable clients, and representing the market to the BBC as well as top UK production teams on major projects.
