TORONTO – Astral Media's recently-launched high-definition classics movie channel MHD will offer high-definition programming 'round the clock starting Friday. The new 24-hour high-definition schedule consists of programming from the company's Mpix (suspense, thriller movies) and Mescape (drama and light-hearted entertainment). Upcoming premieres on MHD include The Deer Hunter, A Simple Plan, The Hotel New Hampshire, The Blob, 200 Cigarettes and Waiting to Exhale.
