McKinney to head up CableLabs

LOUISVILLE, CO - Phil McKinney has been named as the next president and CEO of CableLabs. An author, speaker, and columnist, McKinney has served as the vice-president and chief technology officer for Hewlett-Packard’s personal systems group, where he was responsible for long-range strategic planning and research and development for the company’s PC product lines, as well as SVP and CIO at Teligent, and director at CSC.
