Mary Makes It Easy premieres Sept. 6 on CTV Life Channel


TORONTO — Bell Media announced today Mary Makes It Easy, the new culinary series hosted by two-time Canadian Screen Award winner Mary Berg (above), will premiere on CTV Life Channel on Monday, Sept. 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Filmed on location in Berg’s home kitchen in Toronto, the 12-episode, half-hour series features Berg “as she shares step-by-step recipes, tips, and tricks that leave viewers with a newfound confidence to overcome their own culinary challenges,” reads a Bell Media press release.

In addition to airing on CTV Life Channel, episodes will encore on Saturdays at 12 p.m. ET/PT on CTV and Saturdays at 7 p.m. ET/PT on CTV2, beginning Sept. 11. The series will also be available to stream on CTV.ca and the CTV app.

Furthermore, viewers can get exclusive Mary Makes It Easy content on CTV.ca, including behind-the-scenes video extras, a kitchen tour, interviews, a recipe hub providing the details behind Berg’s dishes, as well as exclusive recipes not featured in the series. Recipes from the series will also be available in French on noovomoi.ca.

Mary Makes It Easy is produced by Proper Television, a Boat Rocker company, and is distributed globally by Boat Rocker Studios in association with Bell Media. Executive producers of the series are Cathie James, Lesia Capone and Allison Grace, with Berg serving as co-executive producer and David Donohue as series producer.
