Martin Scorsese to direct SCTV reunion for Netflix

TORONTO – Netflix is reuniting the comedy legends and former co-stars of SCTV in a new original comedy special that will be directed by Academy Award-winning director Martin Scorsese.The special will see Joe Flaherty, Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, Catherine O’Hara, Martin Short and Dave Thomas come together in front of a live audience in Toronto for An Afternoon with SCTV, moderated by Jimmy Kimmel.Filming will take place on May 13 at 3:00 PM at Toronto’s Elgin Theatre, and be part of the Netflix special which will be produced by longtime SCTV producer Andrew Alexander of Second City, Emma Tillinger Koskoff...
