Maritime Broadcasting hires Newcap's Shannon

HALIFAX - MBS Radio has hired Mike Shannon as its new vice -resident, programming. Shannon has spent the last three years at Newcap Broadcasting in Alberta with titles such as director of network programming, director of programming, and operations manager for properties in Edmonton, Calgary, and Camrose. “Mike has a wealth of experience in all aspects of radio programming and management," said Robert Pace, chairman of MBS Radio.
