Mallen gets Focus Ontario, Carroll shifts to Global News

TORONTO - Global News made a couple of announcements today, naming Queen's Park correspondent, Sean Mallen as the new host of Focus Ontario and shifting CFRB 1010’s Bill Carroll to its 5:30 newscast. "Sean has reinvigorated political reporting at Global News Ontario," said Ron Waksman, news director at Global Ontario, in making the announcement.
