BURLINGTON – Cable, telecom and broadcast supplier White Radio made a couple of new appointments today.
Rod Macpherson has been promoted to director of sales for the communications, telecom and wireless lines of business.
“Since accepting the role of sales leader for the Communications group in mid-2007 Rod has successfully demonstrated his abilities to effectively manage and inspire his team of sales professionals. We look forward to Rod replicating his success in both sales and customer relationship management throughout our other lines of business”, said Jack Van Kessel, president and general manager of White Radio.
Tom Taylor has been named director of product management and development for all lines of business within White Radio. He will also be responsible for the repair and technical support areas of the business.
“Tom has shown exemplary performance within our telecom group during his tenure and has consistently demonstrated the ability to successfully source and develop new products”, added Van Kessel, in the press release. “Tom’s immediate objectives are to complete an in depth evaluation of White Radio’s current product offering in order to maximize the value and service we provided to both our customers and our manufacturer partners”.
