
LONDON, UK – Natural history producer and distributor Love Nature has named Vince Petersen as director, partnerships as part of its newly expanded sales division.
Operating out of the company’s UK-based office, Petersen (pictured) will drive Love Nature’s subscriber acquisition growth, focusing on SVoD platforms. He will also take the territory lead for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. Director of partnerships Anthony Jewitt will remain focused on linear television sales internationally, reads the announcement.
Petersen arrives at Love Nature International after heading up international content partnerships at Netgem. His previous work also includes a long-term consultancy at VOD service Wuaki.tv, plus senior sales and marketing positions with Paramount, MGM and Warner Brothers.
“Love Nature’s SVOD service continues to feed audience appetites for 4K programming and stunning nature and wildlife content, now available in 39 countries worldwide,” said Love Nature International managing director Jo Parkinson, in the announcement. “As we continue to expand our global footprint, Vince’s expertise in digital programming and On Demand services is critical as we work to reach wildlife fans all over the globe with inspiring stories and family-friendly viewing.”
