LAS VEGAS – It’s the largest gathering of broadcasters and suppliers in the world, so of course www.cartt.ca will be there.
Beginning Sunday, cartt.ca editor and publisher Greg O’Brien will be on the floor and in sessions to see the latest and greatest technology and hear the newest and most innovative strategy from world leaders in the broadcast industry.
Mobile TV, IPTV, HDTV, you name it, broadcasters are looking at it and how to capitalize on it – to say nothing of monetize it. Cartt.ca will be there and looking for the Canadian angle. We’ll be filing multiple reports so surf back as often as you can.
For those Canucks attending the massive show, don’t forget about the Canadian Suite at its new location, Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel, Lake Tahoe Room – a switch from the traditional spot at The Flamingo.
That suite (where over 1,000 folks passed through last year), is well organized every year by the folks at Applied Electronics, and will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday to Wednesday. The tab is paid for by over 100 sponsors (including Cartt.ca) and is usually a great place to network – and relax.
