Lite Access signs $13.6M fibre installation contract with City of Brooks

VANCOUVER — Lite Access Technologies Inc., a company that specializes in the use of micro/narrow trenching technologies to deploy fibre-optic networks, announced today it has signed a contract valued at approximately $13.6 million with the City of Brooks, Alberta, for the installation of a next-generation fibre broadband network. Brooks is building its own 10 Gbps broadband network, which Cartt.ca first told readers about here.
