Lindsay partners with Iskratel for GPON and XGS-PON solutions

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. and KRANJ, Slovenia — Tech equipment supplier Lindsay Broadband announced today it is partnering with Slovenia-based broadband solution provider Iskratel to offer end-to-end GPON and XGS-PON solutions to customers in the Americas. GPON stands for gigabit passive optical network, while XGS-PON is a 10-gigabit-capable symmetric PON technology. Currently, Lindsay Broadband’s optical solutions include RFoG (radio frequency over glass), nodes, headend, passive, subscriber termination, and FTTx solutions.
