LET’S TALK TV: Commission seeks changes to exempt BDUs (corrected)

GATINEAU - Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2015-96 ushered in sweeping changes to the Canadian broadcast system, namely a skinny basic and an a la carte channel regime.
