LCN launches Ça Vous Regarde campaign

MONTREAL — TVA Group’s all-news channel Le Canal Nouvelles (LCN) launched Monday a new campaign with the tagline “Ça vous regarde” (English translation: “It’s your business”).

Developed by Montreal marketing agency Colab Studio, the campaign highlights the tireless work of the LCN news team to not only keep Quebecers informed during the Covid-19 crisis, but also to take the time to explain how the latest news effects their everyday lives, says the press release announcing the new campaign. The marketing initiative also references the bond of trust LCN has developed with Quebec audiences through the years.

“LCN reporters have stood out from the pack through their commitment and perseverance, earning a reputation as trusted partners for viewers who count on them, day in and day out, to present and analyze stories that affect, concern or even upset them,” reads the press release.

LCN’s on-air personalities include Pierre Bruneau, Mario Dumont, Sophie Thibault, Pierre Jobin, Paul Larocque, Julie Marcoux, Denis Lévesque, Jean-François Guérin and Cindy Royer. Reporters and collaborators include Emmanuelle Latraverse, Thomas Mulcair, Stéphane Bédard, Pierre Nantel and Diane Lamarre.

LCN maintains a local presence across Quebec through its regional stations in Rimouski, Saguenay, Quebec City, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke and Montreal, as well as its affiliated stations in Rivière-du-Loup, Gatineau and Abitibi. LCN reporters also cover parliamentary developments in Quebec City and Ottawa, as well as White House decision-making in Washington.

The new mass-market campaign will be deployed across Quebec on all platforms, including digital, print and TV.
