Knowledge Network upgrades playout solution

TORONTO and VANCOUVER — Video tech company Imagine Communications announced today Knowledge Network, British Columbia’s public educational broadcaster, has upgraded its playout facility (above) near Vancouver with a software-based, channel creation solution based on Imagine’s Versio integrated playout platform and ADC automation system. The Versio solution can be deployed on-premises, in the cloud or in a hybrid environment, says the company’s press release.
