Kines named chair of MuchFact

TORONTO – Broadcast executive David Kines is the new chairman of CTV’s MuchFact, becoming only the second chair in the history of the fund.Filling the vacancy left by Bernie Finkelstein’s recent retirement after a 26-year tenure, Kines’ appointment is effective immediately.
