TORONTO – BroadView Software announced this week that Mari-K Kerr has joined the company as director of client services as part of a company-wide expansion.
Kerr, pictured, comes to BroadView after directing traffic operations at Teletoon, CanWest MediaWorks, and Alliance Atlantis Communications. The company said that her challenge is to “take the already award-winning team to an even higher level of customer satisfaction”.
"We have long-admired Mari-K's work as our client, and our clients will benefit greatly from her client-centric perspective," said founding partner and president, Michael Atkin, in the announcement. "With her extraordinary product knowledge – she's known our software inside-and-out since DOS days – she's able to lead her team forward to set news levels of expectation for client services throughout the industry."
Kerr's predecessor, Ray Bauman, is assuming new responsibilities at BroadView, joining the growing implementation and training group as it gears up for new clients and projects.
