Kepler announces Stephen Bennet as COO

TORONTO – Kepler Communications, a Canadian satellite telecommunications company, announced today Stephen Bennett will join the company as chief operating officer, effective Sept. 20. Bennett’s most recent role was as senior vice-president at Blue Origin.
