Jon Arklay named senior VP of Bell Media Agency and Brand Strategy

TORONTO - Bell Media has announced that Jon Arklay has assumed the role of Senior Vice-President, Bell Media Agency and Brand Strategy effective immediately. He will oversee the complete design, promotion, brand strategy, and media buying services for all Bell Media assets.
