Digital Account Manager

Western Canada

We are looking for a passionate Digital Account Manage to join Pattison Media in a vital, client facing role with our partner, Lift Interactive and Nimble Digital Marketing Team.

You will have an insatiable appetite for digital marketing and the unique ability to work effectively amongst multiple teams. You will have a little or a lot of knowledge about a lot of different digital things and looking for a place to put your experience to use. You will be a people person and very good in a variety of conversations. You will be a key player on this dynamic and competitive team that delivers integrated media solutions throughout markets in Western Canada.

This position reports to the Nimble Director and is accountable to both the Director of Sales for our Metro and Non-Metro markets. The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Western Canada, but preference will be given to those based in our Edmonton market.


  • Manage numerous client relationships and act as a liaison on multiple projects for the PML sales team, digital strategists and Nimble’s project coordinators.
  • Support our team of Digital Specialists by providing feedback on client campaigns.
  • Help execute and oversee the evolution of our clients’ digital marketing campaign and website development requirements.
  • Participate in and run team meetings with the ability to provide clear direction to the internal team for project execution and client feedback.
  • Present material to clients for review via virtual meetings.
  • Supply clients with monthly reporting results and key insights.
  • Provide recommendations to our internal team on campaign performance where applicable.
  • Work with core Pattison Digital Team in developing best practices across multiple markets.
  • Keep up to date on latest digital marketing and website trends.
  • Develop expert level knowledge on our Nimble Marketing Solutions.


  • Learn and understand client businesses and goals.
  • Have a big picture understanding of what is important and what needs to happen next for our clients.
  • Ability to execute client objectives and assist our team in achieving our clients’ goals.
  • Experience with paid ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Display.
  • Familiar with third-party web tools, including Google Drive, Google Analytics.
  • Familiar with web builders and Content Management Systems, ideally Webflow, but including Squarespace, Wix, WordPress.
  • Recognize the importance of an optimized website in driving conversions.
  • Familiar with SEO strategies, tactics, and tools.
  • Assess active client projects and make budget and strategic recommendations based on performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance dashboards to provide clarity for clients.
  • Participate in team meetings to capture ideas and notes and translate those into actionable tasks.
  • Be cognizant of project timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Be informed of general trends in digital marketing including social media, search, and display advertising.
  • Proficient with Google Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management tools, CRM.
