JDSU buys Agilent’s network solutions test business

MILPITAS, CA – JDSU is buying the network solutions communications test business of Agilent for U.S. $165 million in cash.The deal, which includes the unit's Long Term Evolution (LTE), or 4G, network verification and deployment products, is expected to close this June, pending regulatory approval.
