ISED directive has “cleared a path for tiny telecoms”: dotmobile

TORONTO - Data On Tap Inc., the company behind fledgling wireless provider dotmobile, is giving a shout out to the CRTC and ISED for moves that they say pave the way for greater competition in Canada’s wireless market.
