Irwin heads to High Fidelity

TORONTO – High Fidelity HDTV has hired Andrew Irwin as its director of sales and marketing. Irwin comes over from CHUM Television where he was affiliate sales manager for the company's specialty channels. He spent six years at CHUM and was with Discovery Canada prior to that. High Fidelity HDTV today launched two channels, Oasis HD and Treasure HD on Bell ExpressVu, as reported earlier today. The two category two digital channels are the first of several HD channels the company plans to launch.
