IP network expansion translates into more sales for Allstream

TORONTO - MTS Allstream said that expanding its IP fibre network into targeted markets across Canada continues to pay off, noting that it signed 60 new IP contracts in the second quarter of 2011.Since the initiative started in March 2010, Allstream has extended fibre into 174 new multi-tenant fibre-fed buildings and won a total of 247 new IP contracts.
