Industry Canada clarifies antenna tower and site sharing regs

OTTAWA – Industry Canada has tweaked its guidelines for compliance with the conditions of licence relating to antenna tower and site sharing and to prohibit exclusive site arrangements. Since the implementation of conditions of licence earlier this year, the Department said that it felt the need to clarify certain areas of the guidelines after it received complaints from various licensees.
