Independent radio broadcaster files CRTC complaint over pubcaster’s behaviour

GATINEAU - A complaint before the CRTC accuses a big Canadian TV broadcaster of behaving poorly by giving itself an undue preference by outright refusing to air advertising from a radio competitor.The culprit?
