IMECO Telecom, Telephonie Bonne Ligne announce merger

VILLE ST-LAURENT, QC - IMECO Telecom and Telephonie Bonne Ligne will merge into one entity to be known as TBL Inc. starting next month, the companies announced Wednesday.The merger will allow the new company to offer IP telephony, broadband wireless and WiFi 802 plus telecom products in Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto starting April 4, 2011. IMECO Telecom’s parent Groupe IMECO acquired all outstanding shares of Telephonie Bonne Ligne Inc. last July.www.tblinc.ca
