OTTAWA – The Canadian Chapter of the International Institute of Communications (IIC Canada) has announced it will postpone its conference scheduled for April 20-21 in Ottawa.
“We have been paying close attention to direction from the public health agencies, and do not want to expose any of our delegates, speakers, suppliers or partners to any amount of risk if we can avoid it,” said IIC Canada president Grant Buchanan in an announcement to delegates.
It will announce dates for the 2021 conference shortly.
“We will be providing full refunds for all registration payments received to date. No need to contact IIC Canada to initiate your reimbursement. Please note that reimbursements will be made through your original method of payment. We will process these refunds as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience as they may take a few weeks to process,” added the announcement.
