Huawei issues statement as B.C. Supreme Court hears Meng extradition case

VANCOUVER — Huawei Canada today issued a statement in support of Huawei’s chief financial officer, Meng Wanzhou, whose extradition case is the subject of a B.C. Supreme Court hearing this week in Vancouver. Meng will be attending the hearing during which her lawyers will cross-examine RCMP and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officers about their role in Meng’s detention at the Vancouver airport in December 2018.
