HBO Canada offers free sampling of Vice newsmagazine series

TORONTO – HBO Canada is giving Canadians a chance to sample HBO’s new half-hour newsmagazine series Vice free of charge. The premiere episode, which debuted on April 5, is now available at HBO Canada’s website, and will also be available for free via the on demand and online services of participating television providers, and on TMN GO. Vice is hosted by Ottawa-born Shane Smith, founder of the new media company of the same name, and is executive produced by Bill Maher, Smith and Eddy Moretti, Vice’s chief creative officer.
