Harrison takes Sports Media award

TORONTO - Sports Media Canada is pleased to announce that Christie Blatchford and Ron Harrison are this year’s Achievement Award winners. Blatchford, of the Globe and Mail, can be read and heard from war-torn Afghanistan these days. However, back in her early days in journalism at the Globe, she was the first female sports columnist in Canada.
