TORONTO - Shane Harris has joined broadcast management systems provider Specialty Data Systems (SDS) as its Director of Sales, based in Boise, Idaho. In this role, Harris will be responsible for the account management of SDS’ client base in the U.S., said the press release announcing his appointment. With an additional SDS office scheduled to open in the U.S. in 2010, he will also lead the company’s U.S. expansion efforts to provide broadcasters with operational integration of all their departments into the SDS Symphony system, the company’s flagship broadcast management software.
