Haberstroh named VP and GM of CTV B.C.

VANCOUVER - Tom Haberstroh has been promoted to vice-president and general manager for CTV British Columbia. With this appointment, effective immediately, Haberstroh moves back to his native Vancouver. Previously, he was vice-president, CTV News, in Toronto. Haberstroh is taking over for Jim Rusnak, who will soon assume another role with CTV, which the company has not yet announced. "I think it is a tremendous opportunity in a burgeoning market, especially with the upcoming 2010 Olympic Winter Games," said Haberstroh, in a release.
