Gusto TV launches on DistroTV in US and UK


OTTAWA — Gusto Worldwide Media announced today the launch of Gusto TV on Distro TV, a free ad-supported streaming television service launched in 2019 by Calif.-based DistroScale Inc.

DistroTV offers more than 150 live channels globally. It “caters to a multicultural, rapidly expanding audience of passionate viewers in the US, Canada, and the UK,” reads a Gusto TV press release.

Soon DistroTV viewers will be able to watch Gusto TV’s culinary content for free via smart TVs, streaming devices and mobile platforms, the release says.

“We are excited to bring our diverse, high-quality culinary programming to DistroTV audiences across the US and UK,” said Chris Knight, president of CEO of Gusto Worldwide Media, in the press release. “We’re ready for DistroTV viewers to get a taste of the world’s best food channel.”

Gusto TV is an international food channel with hundreds of hours of proprietary content. Its award-winning titles are available in English, Spanish and Mandarin across more than 160 countries on more than 30 different platforms.
