OTTAWA — Gusto TV announced today its culinary content is now available on Struum, the recently launched streaming service created by former Disney and Discovery senior executives, including former Disney CEO Michael Eisner.
The Struum streaming service brings together content from multiple services and content owners, and it offers a credit-based subscription model whereby subscribers spend their monthly credits to unlock only the TV episodes and movies they want to watch.
An early preview of Struum is currently available via the iOS App store, web and Chromecast, with a full rollout coming this summer across other platforms including AppleTV, Android TV, Android, Amazon Fire TV and Roku.
Some of the content Gusto TV is making available on Struum includes popular series such as One World Kitchen and Watts on the Grill.
“We are very excited to partner with Struum on our first TVOD (transactional video on demand) deal,” says Chris Knight, CEO and president of Gusto Worldwide Media, in a press release. “With Struum’s unique credit-based subscription model, viewers can now get a taste of Gusto TV award-winning food programming anytime.”
