Growing results at wireless retailer Glentel

BURNABY – Sales in the first quarter of 2007 increased 15%, to $42.8 million compared to the same period of 2006 at retailer Glentel. The company operates the Wireless Wave and Tbooth/La Cabine T stores across the country. Margins are still thin as operating income before interest and taxes increased to $430,000 for the first quarter of 2007 compared to $1,000 in 2006.
