Greek broadcaster buys Ross switcher

IROQUOIS, Ont. -- Alpha TV, one of the top broadcasters in Greece, has purchased a Synergy 4 MD-X multi-definition production switcher from Ross Video, a Canadian company that designs, manufactures, and supports products for use in broadcast, distribution, live event, and production applications. The Synergy MD-X series are fully equipped multi-definition production switchers supporting a wide variety of SD and HD video formats. Synergy MD-X does not require upgrades when moving from SD to HD.
