Globalive purchase of Telehop breaks down

TORONTO - Telehop Communications said Wednesday that it has not reached agreement with Globalive on the purchase price for Telehop, a $10.7 million deal which was announced in July.“At this time discussions between the parties are continuing on a non-exclusive basis as the board of directors looks to maximize the value for all shareholders,” said the Telehop release.
