Globalive appeals Federal Court ruling

 OTTAWA - Globalive Wireless, as expected, will appeal a court decision that overruled the Canadian government's support of the wireless carrier's ownership structure. It has filed for an application for an extension of the 45 day stay issued by the Federal Court. As reported by Cartt.ca the Canadian government is appealing the same Federal Court ruling on the grounds that Globalive is a Canadian company.
